Don’t Worry, Be Happy

Happy As You Wish

Happy As You WishAlmost everyone has heard the hit single “Don’t Worry, Be Happy”; by Bobby McFerrin. The song conveys the message that everyone should be happy in a very catchy way. Bobby McFeriin's simple message certainly touched many people and told them not to worry. Living a happy, resilient and optimistic life is great and is also good for your health. Being happy actually protects you from the stresses of life.Stress is linked to leading causes of death such as heart disease, cancer and stroke. One of the best things ever said is: “The only thing in life that stays the same is change.” We have the power to make necessary changes in our lives if we want. Even if we find ourselves in an unbearable situation, we can still find comfort in knowing that this too will change. Social networks or relationships are essential for happiness. People are different, they accept people as they are, avoid conflicts, constant quarrels and eliminate all sorts of resentments. If arguments seem unavoidable, continue to try to understand the situation and perhaps you will come to terms with .

Happiness actually exists in everyone, and increasing it is one way to make life more beautiful and healthy. Being happy is relatively easy, you just have to decide to be a happy person. Abraham Lincoln observed that in most cases, most people can choose to be happy or stressed, relaxed or worried, in a good mood or depressed.

The choice is really simple: choose to be happy. This can be done in different ways. Gratitude is a great attitude. We have many reasons to be grateful. Thank you to the taxi driver who got you home safely, thank you to the chef for the amazing dinner, and thank you to the man who cleaned your windows. Also, thank the mailman for delivering your mail, thank the police officer for protecting your home, and thank God that you are alive.

Messages are stressful.Get less. Some people just can't start the day without their daily dose of news. Think about it: 99% of the news we hear or read is bad news. It doesn't seem wise to start the day with bad news. A religious reference is also recommended.Belonging to a religious group with its songs, sacraments, chants, prayers and meditations promotes inner peace.
